Alana De La Garza's beauty has left an impression on the screens of small sizes. The parents of De La Garza were Mexican-American and Irish-American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December the 26th of December, 1976. The family moved to Texas in order to pursue the career of an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for long and quickly made the move into Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various roles as an actor as well as independent films and commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion for acting. She relocated to New York. Her first acting gig was with the soap-opera All My Children. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played minor roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was on the short-lived 2004 television drama The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Then, she appeared in her role in the Law & Order: LA film, a short-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards for her character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominated. In 2008, she won the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring character. She was Marisol Deko in the role of wife of the actor David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather dramatic dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The show was canceled after two short episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian descent and has a younger brother Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano began her acting career when she was seven years old. The babysitter took her along for the first audition. Four girls were chosen out of more than 1000 hopefuls. Milano appeared on the television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions including a musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
